日本交通は2026年10月30日、7月11日に発生した社内システムへの不正アクセスについて第6報を発表し、約29万人分の個人情報が漏えいした可能性があるとしました。内訳は、ハイヤーの利用者約1万3100人、乗務員・職員（退職者を含む）約6万100人、採用選考への応募者約10万7900人、従業員の家族約3万7700人、取引先の担当者約2100人、乗務員が関わった事故等の相手方約7万2000人です。漏えいの可能性がある情報には氏名・住所・電話番号などが含まれ、一部にはマイナンバー、運転免許証、銀行口座情報なども含まれます。一般のタクシー利用者の情報は対象に含まれておらず、クレジットカード情報は同社が保有していません。現時点で悪用による被害は確認されていません。対象者には順次連絡されます。不審なメール、SMS、電話にご注意ください。

Nihon Kotsu said on October 30, 2026 (6th report) that unauthorized access to its internal systems on July 11 may have leaked personal information of about 290,000 people: about 13,100 hire customers, 60,100 drivers and staff including retirees, 107,900 job applicants, 37,700 employees’ family members, 2,100 business partners and 72,000 people involved in accidents with its drivers.
