2. Apply for the My Number Card（マイナンバーカード申請）
You can apply:
Online, By mail, by Town ID photo booth
3. Receive the Notice of Issuance（交付通知書）
About 1 month later, you’ll receive a postcard telling you your card is ready.
4. Visit the ward office to pick up your card
Bring:
The Notice of Issuance（交付通知書）
Your residence card（在留カード）
