「取引先から仕事が切られる」とか、「仕事が減る」等の事を知り、
2023年10月から消費税の免税事業者から課税事業者になり、インボイスに登録したのですが、
それ以降、インボイスに登録した事による弊害もある事がわかってきました。
はっきり言って、売上が、1000万どころか、500万にもいかないような弱小フリーランスにとっては、
かなり厳しいです。
大変なので免税事業者に戻る事にしました。
この2029年度から免税事業者の仕入控除が完全に出来なくなりますが、
制度を変えて、インボイス制度が廃止される事を希望しています。
インボイス制度を廃止してください。
免税事業者に戻る事によって、単価をカットされたり、取引を停止されたりするリスクは伴いますが、
そもそも、売上が500万にも満たないです。
今年は、実際、半年しか仕事してなくて、300万しか売上が無かったですが、
消費税だけで、15万も取られてしまいました。
弱小フリーランスにとっては、インボイスをやり課税事業者でいる事はかなり厳しい事がわかりました。
2026年度から免税事業者に戻ります。
この失敗が、これからフリーランスになる人にとって参考になればと思っています。

We will return to being a tax-exempt business from FY2026.
